-GIGABYTE MA770-UD3
-2 GB TAKE MS
-HITACHI 500 GB SATA2
-CODEGEN CASE AND POWER 450w
Problem is in graphics overheats to 90 celsius

1. ATI radeon 4730???? Do you mean 4770?

2. Any chance there is a label on your power supply that that might have the name and model number of the power supply? What is it showing for amps on the +12 volt rail?

3. I took a look at Codegen cases and power supplies. It appears you probably have a case with a generic power supply.

4. Which component overeheats? Is it the cpu, the video card, or the power supply?

80-90ºC is average
115ºC is threshhold
127ºC burnout

Some cards report 100ºC as threshold in Rivatuner, such as 8800GT.

Remove the dust from the fan. Reapply thermal paste.
Regulate the fan with Rivatuner.

Open the side of your case. Clean out the heatsinks and fans. Run the computer. Check the temperatures again. If the temp drops significantly, you probably have an airflow issue, and need to invest in some fans, and some time in cable management.
