Upgrading Dell gx60

hello i would like to know if my dell gx60 can upgrade to a duo core or a intel pentium 4 processor from aleast 3.0ghz or 2.8 and what video card can i upgrade this computer to?

If I'm right, yours would be 2GHz Celeron with a 533FSB on an Intel 845GL chipset, so taking this into account your upgrades are limited to ..
