Will this upgrade fit

Hi everyone, I'm a new member to these forums and wanted to ask a quick question regarding a potential upgrade to my current system.

I currently have an Antec Sonata II case with a 450W PSU. I would like to keep the case to avoid the additional cost of a new case and PSU. Since I'm not planning to have more than one graphics card, will the following system fit within the Sonata II?

AMD Phenom II x4 955
ASUS M4A78T-E AM3 DDR3 790GX ATX
Corsair DDR3 PC3-12800 4GB
SAPPHIRE Radeon HD 5770 1GB 256-bit

Any additional comments would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance,
Jean

both the case and the psu are cutting it a little close.

Thanks ares! I guess if I keep the Sonata II, I wouldn't have any chance to OC the CPU to any great extent.

I've been sitting on the fence on whether or not to upgrade the entire system (I guess that wouldn't constitute an upgrade but rather a complete re-build). I've been considering the following as a possible case/PSU combo:

Antec 300 w/ OZX GameXstream 850W PSU.

With this setup, I could entertain more aggressive OC settings (given adequate cooling and airflow) and perhaps saddle up a second HD 5770 in a CF config.

Thanks again.

even though it is an unknow company, may i recommend this case:

http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E168...

after mir it is cheaper than the 300, and the specs and reviews look very good. but the 300 is very good too :D

Thanks again! Your assistance is greatly appreciated :D

That case sure does look sharp ;)  It's definitely on the short list. Thanks for the tip!
