Acer slimtype vcd&dvd driver free download

Hello,
my laptop has SLIMTYPE DVD A DS8A4SH ATA DEVICE.It works smoothly about 6 months,but now when i inserted my cd or dvd,it not appear on the my computer.but some time it shows and work. but maximum of time it not working properly.when i try to format,i put the windows 7 dvd it also not work.iam in hell,please help me
