Do Intel motherboards have the ability to overclock?

I'm talking about the intel branded motherboards, not the chipsets. I was about to buy a EVGA board, its really cheap and LGA1156, but it doesn't have the BIOS option to overclock apparently.

The only other boards in my price range in the channel I was going to purchase from are Intel ones, so thats why I ask rather than just go to a different brand.

You can not overclock in the traditional way thru bios you would have to use either setfsb or clockgen to do it you can find the thru google fairly easy and there are tons of guides on how to use them.
