I won't be using more than two hard disks. I know the PSU should be sufficient for a single 4770 but I'm not sure if it's okay with 2 x 4770.

Thermaltake power calculator estimated consumption to be around 300 W with crossfire. But I want to make sure this PSU works.

No, that PSU will not power your system with crossfire 4770's. You would want at least a quality 550W PSU for crossfire.
