ASUS EAH4850 Matrix

So.... Question bout the Asus EAH 4850, does anyone know where to buy it in the US via a online retailer or instore? I've looked everywhere but only Newegg.com has it, and even then its an Open Box, so... its not new. So anyone know? And, its gotta be cheap but trust worthy.
