785GT-E63 board, clearance issues with evga gts250?

Hello, I'm looking at getting the 785GT-E63 motherboard from MSI, after looking at a few pictures i am wondering if there will be any clearance issues with my video card and the heatsink. I have the EVGA GTS250 512MB DDR3 card, links below

Anyone happen to have this setup or know if there are any clearance issues with the heatsink right behind the PCI-E x16 2.0 slot? I just don't want to have the motherboard arrive and find out i have to return it because it doesn't fit

If you are talking about the southbridge HS then no, I don't see a problem. It should clear that heatsink just fine.
