This build goes about $20 over budget before rebates, but would perform considerably better.

Building a new system around an LGA 775 CPU and DDR2 RAM doesn't make a lot of sense because they're both nearing EOL. You'll have a much better upgrade path with an AM3/DDR3 build.

Sorry forgot to mention, but the AS ceramique you have listed is for permanent mountings only (it means that you'll have a hell of a time removing your heatsink if you ever upgrade, or rebuild). It's actually designed for gpus and chipsets that don't get replaced very often.
You won't need it anyway if you use the stuff that comes pre-applied on the heatsink (it's not that bad, btw). Especially if you get the AC fan, the thermal paste on the bottom is equivalent to AS 5.

I wouldn't get an IDE DVD burner for a new build. They should have stopped making IDE drives years ago. Get a SATA model instead.

I'm not all that impressed with the specs or reviews of that OCZ Gold kit. This DDR3 1333 kit is $1 more, but has free shipping:

ok i changed out the dvd burner and memory how can i make my desktop run cooler if i plan to oc

the case doesnt have anymore fan slots

how can i cool off all the parts i dont mean a heatsink for cpu or something
i mean like adding an extra fan to the case to get better ventilation or somethink like that i can spend max of 50 on it

That's basically the difference. The one I linked also doesn't come with an Intel CPU backplate. It's the best option for an AMD build since it's cheaper and actually cools slightly better than the Dark Knight. The coating on the Dark Knight actually slightly reduces it's cooling capability.
