Ati Hd 4770 256 bit

The 4770 is weaker than the 9800GTX. The 4850 compares to the 9800GTX/GTS-250

get a 4850 or GTS 250 =)

The Radeon HD 4770 is on par with the 9800gt, almost exactly (the 4770 is a tiny tiny bit better overall). The 9800gtx usually performs with 2-4 better FPS over the 4770 and 9800gt. In the end, it really comes down to price. The 4770 is now $89 when the rebate is added on newegg.com, and the GTX I think is at least $30 more expensive. I'd say since OC is great with the 4770, go for the 4770.
