My new build has a agility 3 120gb SSD as the boot drive, it's been operational for around 2 weeks. I was gaming and i got a blue screen which i didn't think much of at the time then later that night i had it on just torrenting (onto a mechanical drive windows/anti-virus/firewall literally all that's on the ssd) and it crashed again, this time when i restarted it wanted to run windows repair and couldn't detect the ssd, i tried running windows repair but it couldn't see the drive so i hit the clear cmos button on my mobo and it booted into windows fine then about an hour later it crashed and prompted me to run windows repair again. Is my SSD dead?

This is a known issue with Sandforce SF-2281 controllers ( http://www.sandforce.com/ ) and BSOD :( They are working on updates to fix the issues. I would look to contact OCZ directly (specially if running the latest firmware released) for feedback. You might have to consider a RMA or return for credit :( The Crucial m4 seems to be the least problematic at this time (along with Intel 510 & Samsung 470).
