OK, so I got the ASUS Maximus II Formula and realized My GPU's are nVidia. Can I run two nVidia cards in SLI on a board that says it only supports Xfire, or will I just have two video cards,=4 heads? Thanks, I'm still learning the ins and outs with video cards.

There are hacks available that allege to enable this but I cannot attest as to how easy they are to implement or how reliable they are.

Think the only boards that are capable of this are a couple of the X58 boards.

The MSI P55M-GD45, Intel P55 Express is SLi & Xfire capable as well so it's X58 & P55 that can.
