Changing my motherboard now/ how do I get the IO Plate off??

Ok I am installing a new MB in my system..old one is out..ready to move forward with the new. I am having a slight problem though..I cannot get the old IO plate off..I think if I get that off, everything should be straight forward. Any assistance is appreciated.

Unless it's welded on (it would be rather obvious), push on a corner from the outside and it should fall inside the case.
