I probably wouldn't use that case for a quiet, non-overclocked build.

I probably would not use that form factor either for a non-gaming rig.

Here are some other choices:

Gigabyte UD2

Antec mini P180

Looks like a good choice on the RAM. You could save a bit and purchase two of these:

G.skill has been making some good RAM and these match or exceed the Kingston kit. I would not anticipate any issues.

The WD Caviar Black would be the more reliable, faster choice in hard drives:

Thank you for the suggestions Proximon! I researched hard drives and cases on the site and your suggestions were great. I am going with the Antec P180, it looks to be nearly silent during operation. The hard drive you suggested was out of stock so I am ordering a Western Digital Caviar Green 1TB SATA hard drive instead. The motherboard you suggested looks great. I have had bad experience with G.skill but thanks for the link. I actually found some Kingston ram that was cheaper, more around $200 instead of $230.

My New Total: $831.88

This includes the SATA cable since the hard drive is OEM and an upgraded CPU fan.

Once again
Thanks!

SATA cables should come with the motherboard

WD Black is a performance drive, WD green is a power saving lower performing drive. I am not sure if the lesser drive performance will affect your application or not. If you want a performance drive the Samsung F3 is quick and inexpensive.

What they said. The F3 is a good choice. The Caviar Green is going to be quiet and reliable, but not very speedy.
