One more thing. YOU may not like it and label me as a terrorist country resident but i live in Pakistan. Things are not at the exact price here as in newegg. For e.g the 5570 is around 70 dollars. In Pakistan it is available only around rs.12000. Now calculate the difference your self considering $100 = Rs.8500.

I work in Saudi Arabia. The prices are pretty bad for some things there also.

For a budget Core2 motherboard combined with one of the "new" Dual Core CPU's, I recommend the Gigabyte GA-G41M-ES2L.

It's a pretty good overclocker when used with the more inexpensive Intel chips. I got 3.6 GHz out of an E5200 with one.

Sir! You have many things available there but in Pakistan only intel and ASUS is available. Nothing else.
I live in Karachi. So no reference links to any other city

Rather then point out lots of cool stuff you can't, list whats available to you. We can pick from that list the best item.

All of intel's classic boards are available except those which haven't been released yet for e.g DG41TX
Some of the Intel media series starters are also available but even the DG45ID is too hefty for me
ASUS boards are available but very scarce so no hope of getting them.

That doesn't help much. No specs, no prices, etc.
