2x Case Fans (read below, to be used as exhaust) - $?: Recommend please
1x Case Fan (for H50 if that cooler is chosen for push/pull setup)

(going to use a 8800GTS until I find a 5850 in stock, also was wondering if I could use the 8800GTS for physX with a hacked driver, if not no big deal, will buy one 5850 and upgrade later)

PSU - $?: Recommend me a efficient, modular power supply, will pay up to $200, was thinking of SeaSonic X

I can put up to two 120mm or 140mm fans on the top panel as an exhaust (heat pocket in the top right of this picture) or I can get a pci slot exhaust fan
