as me may know Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete is a cloud bases security protector....my another question is...can it be used offline?
I've been KIS 2012 user for many years before and I love it so much.
But when I see Webroot SecureAnywhere Complete... it looks promising

SecureAnywhere can be used offline. It has a journaling function used when not connected to the net. This monitors and records behaviors and actions of existing applications and new applications introduced when offline. When re connected, it sends the information about the applications behavior to the Webroot cloud to analyze and determine if the offline behavior was good or bad. If determined bad, the journaled behavior is rolled back to the point before infection, thus removing the infection and anything the infection has changed on the machine, which may make it run slower.

Very effective offline functionality.
