Hey guys, I have a question on what it takes to pause and record live tv on Windows 7. Here is my current system:

i7 920
6 GB Ram
Asus P6T Deluxe V2
Seasonic 850W PS
GTX 275

I have dual displays hooked to my GTX 275, so all the ports are being used up. I want to be able to download torrents (movies, tv series, etc.) and watch them on my TV or my monitor. Is it possible to buy just a cheap Nvidia card (I found some for around 40-50 bucks) that has HDMI output and run it alongside my GTX275 simply for displaying on my TV. Also, what does it take to run from your cable into your computer? Obviously if you're going to pause and record live TV via Win 7 you have to have your cable hooked to your computer, and I'm not sure how that works. Thanks in advance guys.
