Looking into better graphics card

Hey so I just bought a new computer and found out the graphics card sucks for gaming can anyone reccomend a decent one? I was thinking about this one here but I'm not sure if it will work in my computer.

@OP.

If the PSU is above 500W (I DO NOT TRUST PREBUILT PSU'S) and has a single PCI-E connector, go with a Radeon HD4850. If the PSU is not, then you will find the Radeon HD4670 to be an excellent choice.

Honestly for $25 more you can upgrade to the 4870 which is even better than the 9800gtx+
