ASUS IPILP-LC - Lancaster8-GL6 Socket 775 Motherboard wont power up

Hello,
Hey guys having similar problem. recieving no signal on my monitor computer would power up. Replaced motherboard with same exact that was takin out. Now with new board installed as soon as i hit the power switch the green light on the back of the power supply goes out. an computer will not even try to boot.

Try these:
Reset the CMOS (take out the motherboard's battery and/or move the jumper if possible) - http://forum.msi.com.tw/index.php?topic=31222.0
Using a different graphics card and moving it on a different PCI-E lane.
Using a different PSU.
