what is the idle and load 100% temperature for quad core q6700???plz help...

Thats a hard question to answer, there are many variables that come into play.

Ambient temps being the main, what cooler is used, overclock(if any)
Case airflow etc,etc.

On avg a stock type set up should be like 35c idle and up to
50 to 60c load.

if i put the heavy heatsink will it break my mobo????????

Shouldn't. But with the heavier HSF's, it's best to use a backing plate instead of the cursed Intel push pins.
