Hello,i have a GA-MA78GM-US2H but there is no audio,i am working on windows xp pro.When checked it shows all devices are working properly but no sound.Should i take the motherboard to the service station or is there any other way out.Thanks..

Have you checked if Sound is enabled in control panel? And of course, a different set of earphones or speakers to see if it's really an issue with your sound card?
