I have a problem with my wireless card Cisco Aironet CB21AG

Hi all,
I have a problem with Cisco Aironet AIR-CB21AG-E-K9.
After installation of the drivers for the network adapter system, Windows returns code 10: this device cannot start.



I use Windows XP + Service Pack 3.
How can I fix my problem?

have you deleted the network card from the Device Manager and rebooted your computer?

I've tried that and it's still not working.
