You could drop $17 and go with the AMD Phenom II X2 550 BE or drop even more and go with the AMD Athlon II X2 250.

The Phenom II X2 550 will have better OC potential and both are slightly higher clock speeds than the quad cores. Since you'll just be gaming dual cores perform perfectly fine, are generally cheaper and have higher core clocks. Also, both of these CPUs are socket AM3 so all your other components will still work with them.

The Antec Illusion is a good alternative to the CM RC-690, which gets you under $800 with my build. The X2 550 BE isn't a bad CPU either, but since you can fit the X3 720 BE into your budget... I say go for the X3.

Everything looks okay... except the HITACHI hard drive. I would not recommend them. I would go with the Samsung I listed earlier or go with the Western Digital 640GB Black.
