Hello,

I am looking for a way to run eight 42" displays. Currently I have figured I could install two identical dual DVI GFX cards (non sli/crossfire). This would give me 4 displays.... then hook up 4 Matrox DualHead2Go (one in each dvi port) to get a total of 8 displays. Will this work? Am I crazy? Can I do this any better?

You must have too much money to spend. Just hire someone from a local A/V company to come do it for you.

ATI 5870 Eyefinity Edition will support six displays and so will upcoming 5850x2/5950 and 5870x2/5970. Get two such cards and you can have 12 displays.

Cheapest option you've got is get 3 5750s in 3-way crossfire for upto 9 displays.

Eyefinity does not work in crossfire modes, at least not yet.

Im not really interested in crossfire, just need to run 8 large displays. Each display needs to be running at a resolution of 1024x768. We are just running a looping video on these displays (maybe some gaming on its off-time :sol: ). Thank you all for your help!
