Which memory should I buy for this mobo/cpu im buying?

I'm buying this combo deal off newegg. Which DDR 3 memory should I buy? Is the memory speed really important? How about the latency?

For the combo, bear in mind that the processor don't comes with cooler, so, you need buy a cooler for the processor.
