Amd Phenom II X4 955 BE C3

I managed to overclock Phenom II x4 955 be c3 to 3,8GHz with 1,478vcore, is that good? I got Artic Freezer Pro 7 rev. 2, max temps 54 degrees celcius(3 hours Prime95 blend).

I did buy Thermalright HR-02 Macho. Temps are much lower compared to Artic Freezer. What is safe 24/7 voltage for this cpu? I got not 3,9GHz @ 1,52v. Is vcore too high?

Maximum temps are 48 for cores.
