Maybe, if there is not a lot else i.e 1 HDD, stock clock CPU and 1 ODD and no case fans but not two 275's.

actually, i am going for the vx550 and a single palit gtx 275 , for now!!!!! will this psu do?

before i go for this psu i want totell about my config

1. biostar tpower x58
2. intel i7 920
3. western digital 1tb
4. 4gb ddr3 1333mhz ram
5.palit gtx 275

please tell if the corsair vx 450 can power this setup???

Should work fine.
My rig has q6600 @ 3.2ghz 6gig memory and 2 oc gtx 260 sli running on a 500w.

i heard that the gtx 275 requires 2 pci e 6 pin connectors. but tha vx 450 has only one. so will one connector be enough to power the card?

You'll need to use a 4 pin to 6 pin pcie converter to power the gtx 275 in that case. Both 6 pins must be plugged in for it to work.

thanks for all the advice but i just found out that in my budget i can go for a TX650 corsair smps!!!!!
