Think i'm at my final build with a couple of questions...Got some awesome advice from Proximon but I have a couple small changes to his recommendations

Can't decide between these two mobo's: the ASUS was highly recommended but I like the fact that the EVGA has 9 sata ports (my lian case has 15 bays!!!) I don't need tri sli which is on the EVGA board, I would rather have more PCI slots. Any thoughts?

^ Hi...That is a good list of parts...But you can make it better...
Here are some suggestions...
CASE - Check out this Lian-Li...It is next in the series and has bigger fans...
LIAN LI PC-A70F Black Aluminum ATX Full Tower

Mobo - That EVGA mobo would have issues fitting in wide CPU coolers because of the VRM heatsink...But apart from that there are no major issues with that mobo...So if you could find an aftermarket CPU cooler that wont be blocked by that heatsink, then go with that mobo...

CPU Cooler - If you go with that EVGA board, I think it might(but not sure though so just check in the EVGA support forums, you would get better answers there) interfere with that heatsink which I told before...
But would surely fit that case...

RAM - This would be good - Better quality, XMP, and you wont notice any significant difference between a DDR3 1333MHz and 1600MHz

I would go with the P6T Deluxe over the EVGA board. Nobody needs Tri-SLI but people buy it anyways. :pfff:

The heatsinks on the EVGA board will annoy you when installing your HSF which will fit in that case. You probably will never use all 9 SATA ports either.
