Hard Drive Choice

I am planning a Windows 7 upgrade from an XP system. I want to clean install to a new hard drive. Got my choices down to 2 1T drives: Samsung Spin Point or WD Cav. Blk. The Cav. is Sata 6 and the SP Sata 3. Would like some recommendations. The existing XP drive is a Samsung and will be used in the system as a backup.
