Need help nitpicking G.Skill

I'm about to build a new gaming only system incorporating an i7-860 and an ASUS P7P55D PRO LGA 1156. This combo to be exact:

My question has to deal with which RAM to choose, my first choice was this set from G.Skill.

Seeing as I will be using this system for gaming only, should i be concerned about the slower timings? Would I even be better off with an entirely different brand? Ive been torn on whether or not to upgrade to the slightly more expensive version listed below.

Good combo.

1- G.Skill Ripjaws 4GB 1600 CL7, same performance less price.
2- G.Skill ECO 4GB 1600 CL7, same performance, less price and less voltage.
