Any Last Changes?- Final Build Checklist- Input Please

After hours of research, and lots of great input from Tom's Hardware veterans, ready to build my first system. Below is the "final" list of items. Appreciate input - good to go or any last changes needed?

Use= HTPC, music, internet and some photo / video editing (Pinnacle Studio and Coral Paint Shop Pro).
System must be low profile to fit in Entertainment unit, energy efficient (will be on nearly all the time) and quiet.

Existing 47" 1080P HDTV
CPU- AMD X4 805 (already purchased, came witout heatsink)
Later additions will include Blu-ray player and potentially a low noise graphics card if the onboard video is insufficient
