Dell Latitude Screen replacement

Can anyone help, I've got a Dell Latitude (C610, I think) with a broken
screen.

The screen in it appears to be an IBM 47L8341 but I can't find any of those
for sale anywhere.

Has anyone replaced one of these with something else? If so can you
recommend a screen? Is there more to it than just removing the old one and
plugging in the replacement (BIOS config, drivers...)?

Any info gratefully received.
