I bought the i7 860 and im looking for a very good CPU cooler(sink or w/e) for around $50. I believe i have to have the same socket, which is socket LGA1156 if im not mistaken. Ive heard numerous things, but all i know is its good to have a good cpu cooler, someone help?

- CoolerMaster Hyper 212 Plus is the best bang for the buck.

- Prolimatech Megashadow is the best in performance

Thermalright True Copper

However, it's just equal to(if not worse than) Prolimatech Megahalems/Megashadows and put much more pressures on your motherboard.

Quote:
Prolimatech Megahalems/Megashadow: 790g

Thermalright True Copper: 1900g

In addition, the Thermalright True Copper is VERY VERY expensive and requires you to buy the LGA1156 bracket.
