APPROXIMATE PURCHASE DATE: Around Christmas BUDGET RANGE: $2000 CAD

SYSTEM USAGE FROM MOST TO LEAST IMPORTANT: Gaming, maybe some photo editing, internet browsing

PARTS NOT REQUIRED: Keyboard, Mouse

PARTS PREFERENCES: I really want one of the new ATI graphics cards

OVERCLOCKING: Maybe SLI OR CROSSFIRE: In maybe a year or so

MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1280

ADDITIONAL COMMENTS: I want something extremely fast that i won't have to upgrade any time soon while keeping the cost under $2000 CAD

These are the parts I've picked out, I'm 99% sure that this is going to be what i buy but i want other peoples opinions first. I'm also wondering if theres any way to lower the cost by a tiny bit without losing any performance.

Good looking parts you chose there but I would wait for the MSI Big Bang motherboard. If you dont know what it is just google it. THX audio and muli GPU platform

Looks like you did your research. Very nice rig! However there are just a few things I would change or just keep in mind.

The Foxconn Quantum Force boards are Awesome OCers but have flaky BIOS. You can go with the Foxconn but keep in mind they are still working on the Foxconn Bloodrage BIOS on 1366. For the most part though the Foxconn Katana is solid. Foxconn over other manufactures just needs to tweak the BIOS on their Quantum Force boards in a more timely manner. Its a good board though.

If you haven't already, check out this set of Ripjaws. Higher bandwidth and the same timings. Its a tad more expensive though. Either set will do just fine.
