Dell Front Audio Connector to 10-1 Audio Port

I was wondering, is there a way to get the Dell Front Audio connector (10 pins in 1 row) to use with a normal 10-1 audio port?
This is the dell front audio connector:

I would take apart the wires and manually connect them, but I can't find a layout for the Dell one.

This is one of those proprietary Dell things. "Standard" case and motherboard audio connectors are in a 2X5 pattern with one pin missing.

Alright, thanks. Ill take it apart and see how it goes.

EDIT: It worked! But then I found out my graphics card was interfering with the signal (damn static whenever anything on my screen moved. Drove me crazy during high end games).
