Pc Restart problem maybe

I've just builded a new computer .My specs are

DP55WB Intel motherboard
Intel core i5 750 Quad core
2x 2gb Kingston Ram 1333mhz
500gb Samsung hd 7200rpm/12mb
Sapphire HD 5770 1gb Gddr5 128bit

Ok,I have installed windows 7 and all the drivers.I also didnt forgot about the windows updates.But when I finish the update and it require me to restart my computer then my computer restart and my screen turns black and 2 times beep sounded and I've waited still nothing at all still black screen.I think not just the updates restart even some of the drivers that needs me to restart and this happens.Can anyone Please Help me solve this problem?

Does the beeps match in length and intervals to any of the errors indications of the motherboard manual -

One 0.5 second beep when the CPU initialization process
completes.

POST complete
One 0.5 second beep when POST completes.

Video error
On-off (0.5 seconds each) two times, then 3.0 second pause
(off), entire pattern repeats (beeps and pause) until the system
is powered off.

Memory error
On-off (0.5 seconds each) three times, then 3.0 second pause
(off), entire pattern repeats (beeps and pause) until the system
is powered off.

Thermal trip warning
On-off (0.5 seconds each) four times, then 3.0 second pause
(off), entire pattern repeats (beeps and pause) until the
sixteenth beep, then ends.
