+1 to the Samsung F3 drive and 400CX PSU.

I would get a newer 785G since the onboard GPU is better. This board is actually less than the one you linked above:

GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard - Retail $79.99

This RAM is very nice. Too bad the prices of DDR2 RAM are on the rise.

G.SKILL 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model F2-8500CL5D-4GBPK - Retail $79.99

So then here is what im seeing as the build after shopping it around, anyone see any problems?

GIGABYTE GA-MA785GM-US2H AM3/AM2+/AM2 AMD 785G HDMI Micro ATX AMD Motherboard

CORSAIR CMPSU-400CX 400W ATX12V V2.2 80 PLUS Certified Compatible with Core i7 Power Supply

OCZ Platinum 4GB (2 x 2GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 1066 (PC2 8500) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model OCZ2P10664GK

Western Digital Caviar Green WD5000AADS 500GB SATA 3.0Gb/s 3.5" Hard Drive

SILVERSTONE Silver Aluminum front panel, 0.8 mm SECC body GD01S-MXR ATX Media Center / HTPC Case (already have)

AMD Phenom II X3 720 2.8GHz 3 x 512KB L2 Cache 6MB L3 Cache Socket AM3 95W Triple-Core Black Processor (already have)

This is to get it up and running so I can troubleshoot it with my crestron system. I will be adding up to 4 WD Green 1TBs later for media storage.
