Are the drivers for the GTX295 going to be optimized any more or am I going to be forced to buy a Fermi GT300 for acceptable performance?

at this point in the life of the GTX 295, its drivers aren't going to get noticeably better if any at all. Apart from specific driver changes related to optimizing a particular new game release or fixing compatibility issues with new software. Its just the way the industry is setup, want increased performance? overclock or upgrade.

I would think that the GTX295 has a long way to go before it's performance is maxed out.
