I'm upgrading my old pc, simply looking to make replacements all but the case and the PSU, HDD etc:

Basically my PC would end up like this:

Palit GeForce GTX 275 896MB GDDR3 PCI-Express
AMD Phenom II X4 Quad Core 955 Black Edition 3.20GHz (Socket AM3)
Asus M4A79T Deluxe AMD 790FX (Socket AM3)
Patriot Sector 5 Viper II 8GB (4x2GB) PC3-10666 1333MHz Dual Channel
Western Digital 500GB Serial ATA 3-Gb/s Hard Drive with 16MB Cache (7,200rpm)
1 x DVD-RW (Lightscribe) Drive
2 x 80mm Front Case Fans
10 x USB ports (2 front, 8 rear) (Extra PCI-e card for 4 more USB other than standard motherboard ones)
Power Supply & Case Cooling 700W FSP Quiet Quad Rail PSU + 120mm Case Fan

I was just wondering whether my PSU (2+ years old now) can take all of this?

Have tried http://extreme.outervision.com/PSUEngine and says it's perfectly ok. However I wanted some human advice on this because I don't trust those sorts of programs.

Yes. Check your ps fan; I use a canned air product to clean my system fans at least once a year. It's safer than alcohol or a vacuum cleaner. Mine is called "perfect duster" and has a solvent that cleans and evaporates quickly.
