MONITOR RESOLUTION: 1920x1200

Will be running Windows XP until Window 7 is released (student discount saves me about 100$)

The main point of this post is to confirm that I that the parts that i choose will be able to run Aion or other games at a playable frame rate at 1920x1200 and that all the parts in my list are compatible with each other. I am also open to suggestions on parts if you can do better for cheaper then suggest it.

lol noooo, ill be back with some input for $700, LGA 775 socket is dead, you buy that pc now you will leave under you bed regretting it.

I will be going with the build you suggested.

I'm still fuzzy on the details of the student discount, I believe that my school is partnered with the MSDN and that means I can get a discounted version of 7. Worst comes to worst I'll have to purchase a full price copy.

good to hear, let me know if i can assist you in anything else, feel free to send me a pm, also about win7, as long as you are a college student and you list your school, you should be able to get a copy after oct 22, thats the release date, surprising it isn't that complicated of a transition from winVis, winxp to win7, Microsoft make it really smooth this time.
