What card and PSU do you have?

Can you try the card in another PC?

I Have an old intel, 2.4 gig on ddr 400 mz memory, had a g force 5500 in it and it went out, tried it on another pc it's dead, I got a brand new 6200 but the pc won't read it and let me install it, I have no screen on monitor to be able to uninstall the 5500 and reinstall the 6200 , before this no problems and everything else boots up on the pc. even key board, /mouse settings are working
