P6T - i7930 - OCZ 1600 2x3 low voltage - prime95 failures

Ok first and foremost I want to point out my first issue is that sometimes Bios only recognizes 4 gigs instead of 6.
Secondly Prime95 is failing on all but 2 threads, usually within a few minutes.

Here are my current memory settings. I am looking for any guidance on how I can get bios to show 6 gigs at all times, and how or why Prime95 is failing so badly. Memtest shows no issues.

QPI/DRAM Core Volt: 1.65
DRAM Bus Volt: 1.65
CPU & PCIE: Disabled

Timings: 8-8-8-24
