CPU boots up without pushing the start button.

Hello,
Whenever the CPU is plugged in, it boots into desktop without pushing the start button. Is this a setting? Is it OK to run in this mode??

It's normal.

Inside the BIOS there is an electrical function which allows the computer to boot as soon as power is suppiled to it. You can disable this.
