Epson me 32 driver cannot be installed

The epson me 32 with ciss worked perfectly in the shop. However, I tried installing the drivers and they can't be installed. Answers like "access denied" or "cannot be installed" kept coming up.

Don't know what "in the shop" means, or what your computer is.
Try to be more specific. - It may be that there is a group policy restriction, not allowing the installation.

In the shop when we bought the unit. The epson me 32 produced satisfactory test prints. When we took the unit home and tried to install the epson drivers, I kept having the answers mentioned. I am loading from the installer cd that came with the printer and from a zipped file from epson.com. Would appreciate any suggestion. Thanks.

Can your logon install devices ( Admin privileges) ?

Device manager shows what error - Click update driver ?
