No, that board doesn't have a built-in RAID controller.

Even The Cheapest Boards That Are At-Least A Socket 478 Or Better Should Have RAID, Try It And Find Out, But I Could Be Wrong...

That's no entirely true, there are plent of cheap boards out there that do not have RAID. Up until just a few years ago, very few boards had RAID
