CPU Temps

Hey guys, I'm having a little problem here. My temps run to about 80c on full load while running prime 95... my temps at idle are at 45c. When i turn off the fan control in the bios my temps are around 40c idle and are 80 again while running prime 95. I have recently put Arctic silver 5 on my heat sink and CPU and the temps went down about 5 degrees. My cables are organized. my case has too many fans. I used Hardware Monitor and it doesn't do average temps.

What should i do?
What program can measure average cpu temps, highest cpu temp, and lowest cpu temp?

my build:
Motherboard : gigabyte P55-UD3R
CPU : Intel i7 860
GPU : ATI HD 5850
RAM : 4096 MB DDR3 Dual Channel
PSU : 750 watt corsair

CPUID Hardware Monitor is free and does what you asked. Make sure your case's internal cabling is arranged to allow maximum air flow and that you have enough air flow to exhaust the warm air from your case.

HW monitor doesnt do average temps. my cables are fine. i organized them and they are mostly behind the mobo
