Easy ? : will this fan controller work with this MB?

I'm a first time builder so bare with me if this question is RTFM... i assume this will be a quick ? to answer

I'd like to add on a media card reader and fan controller - i found this one that has both and will match my Antec 900 2 case.

I read that i need a usb port on the MB to connect the card reader portion too - i think these 3 blue ports ones to the right on the MB (birds eye view) are them.... but i'm not completely sure and don't wanna drop $ on this controller if it won't work.

I read that i need a usb port (not port - header, the ports are where you plug-in your USB device cable) on the MB to connect the card reader portion too - i think these 3 blue ports ones to the right on the MB (birds eye view) are them.... but i'm not completely sure and don't wanna drop $ on this controller if it won't work. All 3 are USB headers - each header supports 2 USB ports.

From the newegg reviews, it looks like you will need patience to route and install the 11 cables.
