The motherboard does not matter. It will work fine.

The only hardware issues you might have is with the 64bit version of Windows 7 and if your processor ( CPU ) supports 64bit.

As that is a fairly newer motherboard it is likely yours is OK but please post what processor you have so we can be sure.
