Installing Windows XP to HP notebook with a USB flash 4GB

in mexico with little resources and knowledge. i want to install windows xp os on my HP labtop which lost evewtything, hard drive, os, etc. just want to get windows xp back in using a 4 GB flash drive i have

You cannot run XP off a USB driver, but you can install XP to the hard drive from a flash drive.
